Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6–10+ years of experience in data product ownership, analytics delivery, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Competency in SQL-based data exploration and validation.
- Experience working within established data governance frameworks and enterprise standards.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across engineering, analytics, and business domains.
- Proven ability to function effectively in SAFe / Agile environments.
- Understanding of data modeling, metadata management, lineage, and data quality principles.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload for remote work.
- Dedicated workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the CWP & CWSP data product backlog.
- Write clear, testable user stories and define acceptance criteria reflecting business needs.
- Partner with engineering to productize datasets during Databricks modernization.
- Reinforce enterprise data governance, stewardship, and quality management models.
- Enable self-service analytics and AI readiness through standardized data definitions.
- Define and maintain data contracts with downstream operational and digital teams.
- Operate within SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and refinement.
