Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management leading mission-critical products.
- Minimum 2+ years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or above.
- Proven experience defining and executing product vision and strategy for complex platforms.
- Deep SaaS product management experience in financial services, business services, or adjacent industries.
- Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Customer Success, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Ability to analyze trade-offs and prioritize investments in a matrixed environment.
- Strong people leadership experience, including developing talent and setting priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating financial impacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
- Define and evolve product experiences that blend digital capabilities with human-assisted services.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, adoption, and retention.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Develop high-performing teams using continuous product discovery and modern SDLC methodologies.
- Translate strategy into execution by helping teams make effective trade-offs and prioritize investments.
- Craft business cases and use quantitative/qualitative insights to drive learning and measure impact.
- Influence across functions to navigate organizational complexity and deliver customer value.
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and workflows to improve product velocity and quality.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of accountability.
