Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management leading mission-critical products.
  • Minimum 2+ years leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or above.
  • Proven experience defining and executing product vision and strategy for complex platforms.
  • Deep SaaS product management experience in financial services, business services, or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Customer Success, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Ability to analyze trade-offs and prioritize investments in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including developing talent and setting priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating financial impacts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
  • Define and evolve product experiences that blend digital capabilities with human-assisted services.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, adoption, and retention.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Develop high-performing teams using continuous product discovery and modern SDLC methodologies.
  • Translate strategy into execution by helping teams make effective trade-offs and prioritize investments.
  • Craft business cases and use quantitative/qualitative insights to drive learning and measure impact.
  • Influence across functions to navigate organizational complexity and deliver customer value.
  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and workflows to improve product velocity and quality.
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of accountability.
