Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing and/or D2C e-commerce.
- Proven track record of shaping strategy, budget allocation, and channel experimentation.
- Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Working knowledge of Shopify including site merchandising and content management.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and execute on insights.
- Experience with regional localization and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones with a primarily US-based team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Growth to shape channel strategy, budget allocation, and growth priorities for UK & Canada.
- Manage media agencies across paid social, paid search, and Amazon campaigns to ensure accountability for performance targets.
- Monitor daily performance and drive optimization decisions including budget pacing, creative rotation, and targeting.
- Own end-to-end management of the affiliate marketing program for UK and Canada.
- Oversee Shopify storefront merchandising, including content management, promotional setup, and localization.
- Collaborate with US-based teams on site CRO, A/B testing, and cross-channel growth initiatives.
- Launch and manage regional influencer strategies and coordinate with operations and customer service partners.
