- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Hands-on content creation experience, including short-form video editing for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience building or scaling programs, systems, or workflows; employee advocacy experience is a strong plus.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and other platforms as channels for influence and professional engagement.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging them to scale content creation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute LinkedIn and broader social strategy across brand, clinical, scientific, and commercial narratives.
- Build and operationalize an employee advocacy program for executives, scientists, and commercial leaders.
- Design a scalable content system to capture and package insights from internal teams into thought leadership.
- Produce high-quality content, including shooting and editing short-form video for platforms like LinkedIn, Reels, and TikTok.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelance partners to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Science, Marketing, and Creative teams to align strategies.
