  • Deep knowledge of sports including NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, and college sports.
  • Deep understanding of social media platform organic best practices (X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads).
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, humor, and social-first formats.
  • Proficiency in creative tools: Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a fast-paced content pipeline.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Gametime social strategy and content ideation around major leagues like NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, UFC, and college sports.
  • Own live, reactionary social coverage by creating and publishing content for X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.
  • Assist with community engagement to build and maintain relationships with users.
  • Monitor social media trends and cultural conversations to keep the brand at the industry forefront.
  • Maintain an always-on approach to track relevant storylines and inform team planning.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole event planning.
  • Conduct performance reporting to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Participate in cross-functional strategy, ideation, and reporting sessions.
