Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful organic social strategies with clear examples of impactful campaigns and content.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn strategy, algorithms, audience behavior, and B2B engagement practices.
- Strong platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels, with the ability to identify the right opportunities for each platform.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics, extracting insights, and presenting performance recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder collaboration and reporting.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to make complex business topics engaging and relatable.
- Experience creating short-form video, graphics, and social assets using design and editing tools.
- Ability to build authentic executive content and influencer programs.
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, Figma, and video editing platforms is preferred.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to improve productivity while preserving creativity and brand authenticity.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall social media strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, tone of voice, and alignment with go-to-market goals.
- Plan, create, and publish organic social content across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and emerging channels, with a focus on B2B audience growth.
- Produce engaging visual and video content, including short-form videos, graphics, and social assets while collaborating with creative teams on larger initiatives.
- Build and manage influencer initiatives, including partnerships with paid media teams and identifying opportunities for organic reach expansion.
- Support executive content programs by developing authentic leadership posts, ghostwriting content, and strengthening executive presence on social channels.
- Monitor conversations through social listening, engage with communities, and track industry, competitor, and audience trends.
- Partner with paid media teams to ensure organic and paid social strategies complement each other and maximize campaign performance.
- Establish reporting frameworks to analyze performance, communicate insights, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Lead experimentation across formats, messaging, timing, and creative approaches while documenting learnings and optimizing future content.
- Use AI-powered tools strategically to improve workflows such as research, reporting, and content preparation while maintaining authentic human storytelling.
