- Familiarity with AI brand positioning and experience marketing AI products.
- Experience managing executive social media programs and ghostwriting.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr.
- Hands-on experience with social listening platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience turning analytics into content strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including launching new profiles for AI offerings.
- Develop and execute a consistent editorial calendar aligned to product launches and campaigns.
- Create high-performing content including short-form video, carousels, thought leadership posts, and polls.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing and PR teams to translate company messaging into social narratives.
- Manage and grow executive social presence including ghostwriting and engagement support.
- Build and maintain a community management rhythm by responding to comments and mentions.
- Track and report on social KPIs and perform regular audits to optimize strategy.
- Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and competitor activity.
