  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience turning analytics into content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including launching new profiles for AI offerings.
  • Develop and execute a consistent editorial calendar aligned to product launches and campaigns.
  • Create high-performing content including short-form video, carousels, thought leadership posts, and polls.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing and PR teams to translate company messaging into social narratives.
  • Manage and grow executive social presence including ghostwriting and engagement support.
  • Build and maintain a community management rhythm by responding to comments and mentions.
  • Track and report on social KPIs and perform regular audits to optimize strategy.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and competitor activity.
