Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT security.
- Hands-on experience administering and securing GCP and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience managing identity and access controls (SSO, MFA, RBAC) and endpoint security policies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements and audit preparation.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration at an organizational level.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships for IT and security services.
- Proficiency with AI tools for research, ideation, and delivery acceleration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CCSP are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal IT systems and enforce security policies.
- Maintain compliance programs including audit preparation.
- Drive automation across GCP and Azure multi-cloud environments.
- Configure systems and manage identity and access controls (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Manage vendor relationships for IT and security services.
- Utilize AI tools in daily workflows to automate processes and accelerate delivery.
