Requirements
- Degree or related life science qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a full service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
- At least 4 years of full service Project Management experience in a clinical trial setting within a CRO.
- Experience managing studies within Oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
- Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven computer skills including MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with software including CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead clinical projects in accordance with study budget and scope of work.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients, including participation in proposal activities and client presentations.
- Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional project teams and senior management.
- Handle all aspects of clinical research trials, including oversight of data management, safety, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
- Prepare project status updates, identifying key deliverables, performance metrics, and escalations.
- Prepare and review protocols, informed consents, site contracts, budgets, and other study documentation.
