Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with strategic procurement, sourcing, and Program Management.
- 8 years of experience with supply chain principles, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- 8 years of experience with Procurement and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including managing through influence and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with telecommunications inventory.
- Experience with competitive bidding (RFx) processes and supplier risk mitigation.
- Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding and product prioritization.
- Establish a procurement playbook to ensure critical hardware and materials are prioritized, sourced, and scheduled effectively.
- Develop a supplier dashboard that provides methods to track vendor SLAs, correct exceptions, and adapt procurement strategies as needed.
- Lead Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development to drive consistent, quality purchasing and contracting processes.
- Proactively identify and assess supply chain vulnerabilities by developing multi-sourcing strategies, monitoring vendor financial health, and creating long-term contingency plans.
