Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and program management.
- 8+ years of experience applying supply chain principles, managing vendor negotiations, and overseeing contracts.
- 8+ years of experience using procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP or Coupa.
- Understanding of procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, and operational optimization.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies, competitive bidding processes, and supplier risk mitigation plans.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve procurement decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier onboarding processes, and product prioritization activities.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure critical materials, hardware, and resources are sourced efficiently.
- Build and maintain supplier management frameworks, including dashboards to monitor performance and service levels.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, manage contracts, and ensure strong vendor relationships aligned with operational goals.
- Create and optimize procurement processes and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies, including multi-sourcing and contingency planning.
- Monitor supplier performance, financial stability, and market conditions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and support business expansion.
