Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production, including agents, tool-calling, and retrieval.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with competence in Java, JavaScript, or a comparable language.
- A serious point of view on agent design, including scoping, grounding, safety, and evaluation.
- Ability to turn complex domain requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
- Comfort with rapid iteration, experimentation, and debugging non-deterministic systems.
- A self-directed mindset with a focus on building and shipping real products.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agents with authority over genuine business workflows like orders, inventory, and financials.
- Develop typed, intent-routed tools over MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Assemble composable, AI-first UI surfaces that present actionable insights.
- Build and own evaluation harnesses to measure and improve agent performance.
- Solve complex problems related to scale, performance, and grounding of AI agents.
