Job Details

Professional experience building and maintaining production-grade features in Python or equivalent languages like Node.js.
Proven track record of designing reliable data models and using relational databases at scale.
Experience as a key contributor to the design and implementation of large, complex projects.
Experience refactoring legacy, monolithic systems while designing new services and integration patterns.
Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven capability in maintaining system quality, observability, privacy, security, and operational risk management.
Experience with LLM-powered products, AI agents, retrieval systems, or evaluation frameworks is a plus.
Experience working with model providers like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic.
Understanding of microservice architecture, RPC architecture, and secure data access patterns (RBAC/Auditability).
Familiarity with frontend development using JavaScript frameworks like React.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as DataDog.

Design and productionize foundations that enable safe and pragmatic AI application.
Build and maintain systems for AI-assisted operations, agentic tools, and retrieval patterns.
Develop reliable, scalable architecture including data models, workflows, and closed-loop feedback systems.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, data, operations, and security stakeholders.
Create 'paved roads' for secure model access, compliant data pathways, and observability.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems.
