Requirements

  • Strong command of advertising metrics and media performance analytics.
  • Proficiency with ad intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client conversations and present to senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep financial sector expertise preferred (e.g., Business Banking, Credit Cards, Wealth Management).
  • Experience synthesizing macro-level consumer insights and audience acquisition trends.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and commercial teams to deliver tailored analytics solutions supporting strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of competitive advertising activity across current and emerging media channels.
  • Customize, normalize, and transform complex datasets to produce clear narratives and actionable insights.
  • Design and oversee advanced reporting, including landscape analyses and share-of-spend reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders in research and competitive intelligence teams.
  • Lead presentations and consultation sessions to deliver insights and identify business priorities.
  • Collaborate with account and product teams to communicate client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
