Requirements
- Engineering background built through hands-on production experience.
- Production development experience within the last 5 years.
- Active use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools within the last 12 months.
- 3+ years co-leading or leading product at an enterprise B2B or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated commercial and pricing responsibility experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI products in production including prompts, evals, and model selection.
- Ability to read code, understand architecture, and discuss technical design with engineers.
- Experience with internal admin tooling and B2B user interfaces.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) within ±3 hours of CET.
Responsibilities
- Partner with two to three engineering pods, advising on product quality, roadmap, and model behavior.
- Perform market and competitor analysis across AI travel and supplier platforms to inform pricing and roadmap strategy.
- Own commercial and pricing input for client contracts and scope.
- Lead UX research and design oversight to improve internal tools and customer-facing interfaces.
- Review AI assistant prompts and interactions while collaborating with engineers on eval benchmarks.
- Build dashboards and reporting to communicate AI performance to stakeholders.
- Join client and supplier calls to provide product, commercial, and pricing context.
