Requirements
- 5+ years of Life Sciences experience working within a lab.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science discipline (e.g., molecular biology, chemistry).
- Qualified in Lean Six Sigma.
- Substantial experience with LIMS, ELN, or SDMS software.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and leading client workshops.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Demonstrated success working responsibly from a home office.
Responsibilities
- Interpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements.
- Document business processes and workflows using swim lane diagrams.
- Identify and track customer key success criteria within the solution.
- Perform configurations of workflows and experiments in the Sapio platform.
- Provide end-user training on customized solutions.
- Liaise with the product team to capture customer-driven feature requirements.
- Act as a trusted technical partner to review customer deployments.
- Assist in testing sprint deliverables.
