Requirements
- 6+ years of engagement management or technology consulting experience.
- Experience in a single-threaded engagement-lead model owning the customer lifecycle.
- Proven track record of end-to-end enterprise engagement management.
- Experience building and scaling delivery processes and playbooks.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineers and understand AI/ML concepts.
- Experience managing executive client relationships across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex, evolving environments.
- Passion for the future of software development and AI-native engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements from scoping through execution and expansion.
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into structured, deliverable engagement plans.
- Manage engagement scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Anthropic's customer success teams to drive sustained Claude usage.
- Build delivery templates, methodologies, and operational infrastructure.
- Lead scoping, pricing, and SOW authoring for new opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites (10–20%) for workshops and relationship building.
