Requirements
- Deep knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ITIL Certification.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT).
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to gain SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure solution quality and integrity.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve design and delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of BAs, admins, solution architects, and developers.
- Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy.
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Participate in process workshops.
- Work closely with enterprise architecture team and assist in migrating configuration across instances.
