Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures.
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT).
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to gain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure solution quality and integrity.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve design and delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BAs, admins, solution architects, and developers.
  • Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy.
  • Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
  • Participate in process workshops.
  • Work closely with enterprise architecture team and assist in migrating configuration across instances.
