Requirements
- 6+ years of engagement management or technology consulting experience.
- Track record in a single-threaded engagement-lead model owning customers from scoping through closure.
- Proven ability to build and scale delivery processes and playbooks.
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and understand AI/ML concepts.
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in complex, evolving environments.
- Ability to travel to customer sites (10–20%) as required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements from initial scoping through to project closure and account expansion.
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, actionable engagement plans for architect teams.
- Manage engagement scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Anthropic customer success teams to drive Claude activation and usage growth within client accounts.
- Build and standardize internal delivery frameworks, including templates and methodologies to scale operations.
- Engage with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to engineering leadership.
- Travel to customer sites (10–20%) for workshops, milestones, and relationship building.
