Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar in technology services, data, or SaaS.
- Proven track record writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects.
- Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping concepts.
- Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions for scoping purposes.
- Experience estimating IT project costs including infrastructure, development, and maintenance.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills for discovery calls and solution presentations.
- Outstanding written English for SOWs, proposals, and research documentation.
- Highly organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand data collection, enrichment, and insights requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solution designs leveraging Bright Data's stack.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to craft technical and commercial proposals.
- Author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, deliverables, timelines, and exclusions.
- Build cost models and pricing estimates for complex data collection and AI/BI projects.
- Conduct research on industries and data sources to inform solution design.
- Support project kickoffs and analyze project performance to improve future scoping.
