Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to shift focus between high priority tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to navigate through challenges to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience supporting the VALERI application preferred.
- Experience implementing Salesforce and/or AWS solutions for the federal government or VA preferred.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of technology products to meet the customer's current and future needs and the benefits to stakeholders and Veterans.
- Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
- Analyze application/business domain data requirements and business rules, understanding the data flow from source to screen.
- Maintain documentation related to development of new features.
- Contribute to the design, specifications, and development of products to meet the client needs.
- Create high quality client deliverables with regular supervision from team lead.
- Prepare and review solution options with team lead to solve challenges.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
