Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Solid understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • NetSuite, ERP, or CRM experience is helpful.
  • Familiarity with the body jewelry and piercing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls and respond to customer emails and correspondence.
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers.
  • Maintain customer databases by inputting and updating profiles.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
  • Organize events, meetings, and conferences, including travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage meeting schedules.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
