- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- NetSuite, ERP, or CRM experience is helpful.
- Familiarity with the body jewelry and piercing industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls and respond to customer emails and correspondence.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers.
- Maintain customer databases by inputting and updating profiles.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences, including travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage meeting schedules.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
