Responsibilities
- Extract details on inbound leads using Shopify and Store Leads to equip the sales team with more information for a demo call.
- Analyze lead flow charts to decide whether a new inbound lead is qualified for the sales team.
- Identify and research potential outbound leads for the sales team using databases and online research tools.
- Manage and organize sales data, ensuring data accuracy and creating reports for the sales team.
- Perform administrative tasks including drafting emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.
- Conduct market research to analyze target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Support the sales team in generating revenue through sales presentations, reporting, and inter-departmental coordination.
