Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years' experience in project management.
- 3-5 years' minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions.
- High level of knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle.
- Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) integrations/migrations.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans for ERP, Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions.
- Obtain alignment from senior, corporate development, and departmental leadership on integration strategies.
- Lead execution of integration projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, drive team buy-in, and provide status reporting to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workstream meetings and monitor progress across functional teams.
- Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned to improve future integration processes.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
