Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, sales, or customer support.
- Experience managing a high volume of candidates or clients.
- Strong rapport building and customer service skills across phone, text, email, and virtual channels.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
- Strong organizational skills to track and manage multiple candidates.
- High attention to detail for documentation compliance and audit readiness.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate hiring barriers and timelines.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Technical aptitude for learning and navigating ATS, CRM, and automation platforms.
- Ability to work a full 5-day schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates to address barriers and guide them through hiring milestones.
- Monitor and manage candidate progression through systems to ensure efficiency.
- Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks.
- Re-engage candidates, seek referrals, and utilize strategies to increase hiring in high-need markets.
- Provide central operational support by managing voicemails, tickets, and emails.
- Participate in pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes, assessment methods, and workflows.
