Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, sales, or customer support.
  • Experience managing a high volume of candidates or clients.
  • Strong rapport building and customer service skills across phone, text, email, and virtual channels.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and manage multiple candidates.
  • High attention to detail for documentation compliance and audit readiness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate hiring barriers and timelines.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Technical aptitude for learning and navigating ATS, CRM, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to work a full 5-day schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates to address barriers and guide them through hiring milestones.
  • Monitor and manage candidate progression through systems to ensure efficiency.
  • Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks.
  • Re-engage candidates, seek referrals, and utilize strategies to increase hiring in high-need markets.
  • Provide central operational support by managing voicemails, tickets, and emails.
  • Participate in pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes, assessment methods, and workflows.
