Requirements

  • Excellent English fluency, comfortable writing captions, briefs, and communicating on video.
  • A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands.
  • High visual design competency with polished, on-brand output.
  • Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs.
  • Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating.
  • Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies.
  • Fluency with tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in baby, parenting, kids, or family lifestyle content (preferred).
  • D2C e-commerce or subscription brand background (preferred).
  • Familiarity with US consumer sentiment and the modern parenting content landscape (preferred).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram that feels real and relatable to parents.
  • Maintain a clear, warm, non-salesy brand voice that builds community and trust over time.
  • Handle all aspects of content scheduling, captioning, thumbnail selection, and publishing.
  • Build and manage an ongoing network of influencers, parent creators, and UGC contributors.
  • Develop a sustainable content flywheel to ensure consistent publishing of authentic content.
  • Handle outreach, coordination, content licensing, and repurposing of creator material.
  • Lead Instagram as the primary growth channel, owning follower growth, engagement, and reach.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar for community building and subscription conversion.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on platform performance data.
  • Operate as a self-directed owner within a globally distributed team.
