Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing or B2C sales.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Strong coaching and team guidance skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience working with CRM.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Hit the team sales quota by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
- Hire, onboard, motivate and control the performance of your sales team.
- Implement changes in the workflow with Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager.
- Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions for team members.
- Ensure all processes and regulations are followed by the team members including lead processing in CRM and proper usage of the script.
- Provide reports on the team performance.
