- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
- Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build clear value propositions.
- Proven track record of engaging prospects through email and phone conversations.
- Ability to research and manage account activity across designated regions.
Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify leads to build pipeline for the Sales team.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive cold outreach via email and phone.
- Provide online product demonstrations and conduct discovery calls to identify prospect needs.
- Partner with a dedicated Account Executive to align on territory strategy and coordinate outreach.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to iterate on outreach strategies and talk tracks.
- Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene to track cadences and manage pipeline efficiently.
- Gather market insights to influence future product enhancements.
