Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales development experience managing top-of-funnel activity.
- 1-2 years of experience within the Higher Education ecosystem.
- Proficiency in AI-powered research tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
- Hands-on experience managing complex pipelines within a CRM.
- Familiarity with structured discovery conversations (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills for building and maintaining Target Account Lists.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
- Tenacity to nurture leads through 3-6 month sales cycles.
- Must have a home office space and a personal computer.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a high-impact pipeline by prioritizing high-potential universities.
- Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach to Deans, Program Directors, and Department Heads.
- Lead 30-minute discovery conversations to identify institutional pain points and opportunities.
- Maintain a clean CRM and provide detailed institutional context to Account Executives.
- Monitor procurement portals such as SAM.gov, Find a Tender, and TED.
- Contribute market intelligence and competitor insights during weekly pipeline reviews.
