Requirements

- Deep understanding of multi-channel distribution strategies for technical content.
- Practical, hands-on experience building and operating AI-assisted content production workflows.
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience using AI tooling like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AirOps for workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to content investment.
- Ability to operate at high velocity across diverse personas and communication channels.
- Experience with visual content creation tools like Canva.
Responsibilities
- Originate, build, and orchestrate market-perspective content including research reports and executive thought leadership.
- Produce channel-native content for social media, newsletters, and community forums.
- Translate deep technical material from engineering and product marketing into accessible, high-impact content.
- Develop and own AI-powered workflow systems to scale content production across multiple channels.
- Manage distribution across social platforms, engineering communities, video platforms, and owned web channels.
- Coach internal team members on building credible professional voices on external platforms.
- Track content performance metrics to inform demand generation and overall marketing strategy.
