- Ability to work in a virtual, home-based environment.

- Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems with IT partnership when needed.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
- Capacity to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.

- Adherence to HSN computer system requirements.
- Spanish language fluency for bilingual opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
- Promote and offer additional products during each customer interaction.
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience.
- Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
