Requirements

  • Ability to work in a virtual, home-based environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
  • Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems with IT partnership when needed.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
  • Capacity to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.

  • Adherence to HSN computer system requirements.
  • Spanish language fluency for bilingual opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
  • Promote and offer additional products during each customer interaction.
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience.
  • Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
