Requirements
- 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential, sensitive communications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Ability to work both as a teammate and with a high level of autonomy
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction
Responsibilities
- Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions
- Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds
- Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request
- Interpret legal deal documents and build online document templates for use during the solicitation process
- Interface with Relationship and Imports teams to ensure delivery of expected outcomes within the SLA
- Send mass solicitation announcements to security holders
- Create status reports and use SQL to extract data from JSON objects
- Reconcile each individual deal prior to payment and maintain daily reconciliation of omnibus accounts
- Self-manage personal pipeline for in-progress transactions and report statuses daily
