Requirements
- 2-4+ years of previous relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
- Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM, cluster analysis, regression modeling).
- Solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Python/SQL programming experience preferred.
- Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that contribute to increased sales and profit for client loyalty programs.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy and Client Services teams to align on objectives.
- Build and maintain audience lists to support the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on complex data sources and client strategy.
- Develop data visualizations and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design new tools, models, and data sources.
- Create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
- Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and investments.
