Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of previous relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
  • Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM, cluster analysis, regression modeling).
  • Solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Python/SQL programming experience preferred.
  • Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that contribute to increased sales and profit for client loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy and Client Services teams to align on objectives.
  • Build and maintain audience lists to support the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on complex data sources and client strategy.
  • Develop data visualizations and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design new tools, models, and data sources.
  • Create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
  • Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and investments.
