Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related GTM operations roles.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce for data management, reporting, and process administration.
  • Experience with variable compensation mechanics and ability to explain them to others.
  • Proven ability to manage across multiple operational domains with high quality.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience supporting post-sale or Customer Success operations workflows.
  • Experience with SPIFF, Zendesk, and Rocketlane platforms.
  • High interpersonal credibility with sales teams.
  • Strong detail orientation and self-organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and enforcement of sales processes and best practices across the revenue organization.
  • Manage the operational rhythm of pipeline review calls, ensuring Salesforce data accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reps and managers regarding process questions.
  • Manage Salesforce support cases and lead business-side data governance in partnership with GTM Engineering.
  • Coordinate operational onboarding for new revenue hires, including tool access and playbook walkthroughs.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to align training content with operational systems and processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for sales compensation inquiries, explaining plan mechanics and creating resources.
  • Manage operational support for post-sale renewal motions and coordinate with Customer Success and Account Management leadership.
