Requirements
- 15+ years in marketing roles with progressive leadership and strategic responsibility.
- Proven experience managing large paid budgets at scale (well over £1m per month).
- Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders (CFO/CPO) on budgets and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt marketing strategy across different regulatory jurisdictions.
- Track record of scaling brand and creative, performance growth, and lifecycle/CRM.
- Background in high-growth B2C or consumer-app businesses.
- Strong grasp of mobile app marketing, attribution, and privacy-first measurement.
- Experience leveraging AI practices for creative production and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a lean marketing team spanning multiple countries and offices.
- Manage growth budgets exceeding £1m per month across UA channels like Meta and Moloco to drive efficient CPA and ROAS.
- Implement market expansion initiatives, coordinating regulatory and commercial requirements for betting products.
- Develop a scalable brand and creative operation to fuel performance channels.
- Establish product-marketing best practices across all jurisdictions.
- Drive content management and revenue growth for sports and gaming teams.
