Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketing roles with progressive leadership and strategic responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing large paid budgets at scale (well over £1m per month).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders (CFO/CPO) on budgets and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt marketing strategy across different regulatory jurisdictions.
  • Track record of scaling brand and creative, performance growth, and lifecycle/CRM.
  • Background in high-growth B2C or consumer-app businesses.
  • Strong grasp of mobile app marketing, attribution, and privacy-first measurement.
  • Experience leveraging AI practices for creative production and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a lean marketing team spanning multiple countries and offices.
  • Manage growth budgets exceeding £1m per month across UA channels like Meta and Moloco to drive efficient CPA and ROAS.
  • Implement market expansion initiatives, coordinating regulatory and commercial requirements for betting products.
  • Develop a scalable brand and creative operation to fuel performance channels.
  • Establish product-marketing best practices across all jurisdictions.
  • Drive content management and revenue growth for sports and gaming teams.
