Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience extracting insights from raw, unstructured data.
  • Advanced LookML development experience or equivalent in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong reporting ownership, including building, standardizing, and driving team data literacy.
  • Ability to architect complex models with an understanding of downstream impacts.
  • Curiosity and strong business acumen to act as an analytical partner rather than a technical executor.
  • Proven track record of managing reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to final dashboard.

Responsibilities

  • Own reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Money/Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
  • Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
  • Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and lead the standardization of dashboards.
  • Develop trusted data sources to improve the efficiency of data consumption.
  • Deliver retrospective analysis across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Act as a proactive analytical partner to the business teams to drive actionable insights.
