- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and system design principles.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a technical mentor.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools, including Claude, for prompt engineering and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through performance management and career guidance.
- Partner with leadership to support hiring strategies, team structure planning, and long-term organizational development.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, timelines, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions while ensuring alignment between product goals and engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for architecture discussions, implementation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Drive operational excellence through documentation standards, resource planning, and risk management.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, automate processes, and support technical decision-making.
