Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality production features using service-oriented architectures, microservices, and modern web application development practices.
- Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, load balancing, reliability, and high-availability engineering principles.
- Full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong experience working with relational databases, particularly MySQL and Aurora DB.
- Familiarity with cloud and observability technologies, including Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience applying AI tools or AI-driven technologies to improve workflows, productivity, or product capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing strategies, and maintainable code design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that support business-critical compliance workflows.
- Build reliable APIs, integrations, backend services, and platform components designed for high availability and performance.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and long-term platform improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to code reviews and help improve engineering standards, processes, and development practices.
- Mentor and support other engineers by sharing knowledge, encouraging ownership, and raising the technical bar.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to improve automation, debugging, customer experiences, and engineering productivity.
