Requirements

- Proven track record of shipping production-grade mobile applications used by real customers.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, APIs, debugging, release management, and production support.
- Strong product mindset with excellent attention to user experience, usability, and edge cases.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience showcasing shipped products through app store links, GitHub repositories, portfolios, or project case studies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Passion for building innovative products and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality mobile features across Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments based on your technical expertise.
- Build seamless user experiences covering onboarding, payments, transfers, accounts, cards, rewards, travel services, foreign exchange functionalities, and AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to transform business requirements into customer-facing mobile solutions.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from product ideation and implementation to release management and post-launch improvements.
- Monitor application performance through analytics, production feedback, crash reports, and user behavior insights to continuously enhance product quality.
- Ensure high standards of mobile performance, reliability, scalability, and usability.
- Contribute to improving development practices, mobile architecture, and user experience standards across the platform.
- Troubleshoot production issues and proactively address edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.
