- Ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the development, launch, or scaling of meaningful products, platforms, or systems is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and release native iOS features using Swift while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Build and optimize mobile experiences across onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
- Transform complex financial processes into clean, intuitive, and efficient mobile workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to bring concepts from initial ideas to production-ready features.
- Own application quality by improving performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, edge-case handling, and release stability.
- Integrate APIs, authentication systems, secure data handling processes, and financial workflows while maintaining strong reliability standards.
- Analyze customer feedback, production data, and usage analytics to continuously improve existing features and overall application experience.
