Requirements
- Extensive experience in business development, strategic consulting, or client leadership roles within digital services, technology consulting, or professional services environments.
- Strong background working with large enterprise healthcare organizations and managing complex, high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account expansion strategies.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation initiatives, product strategy, and technology-driven business solutions.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience translating market insights and data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong proposal development and presentation capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or technical background in engineering or computer science is considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new healthcare clients and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers across healthcare organizations.
- Identify target accounts and develop go-to-market strategies that align client needs with digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Partner with solution architects, product leaders, and delivery teams to create executive-level proposals, statements of work, and compelling business cases.
- Lead and support complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights on healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, and strategic events, with travel requirements of up to 25%.
