Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing B2B relationships and closing commercial agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills, including familiarity with pricing models, payout structures, and volume commitments.
- Experience managing partner onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and technical integrations.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Background in performance marketing, lead generation, affiliate partnerships, CPL/CPA models, or home improvement industries is a plus.
- Existing partner or contractor networks within relevant industries is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and qualify new partners based on business fit, commercial potential, and scalability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, aggregators, contractors, and lenders.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, including pricing, payout models, and payment terms.
- Manage the complete partner onboarding process, including contracts, compliance, and technical integrations.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities to improve profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and Media teams.
- Maintain revenue forecasts and provide insights on growth opportunities and risks.
