Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, performance measurement, or related fields.
  • Proven experience owning and managing cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.
  • Strong hands-on experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices.
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and build reliable reporting solutions.
  • Deep understanding of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, attribution strategies, and conversion tracking methodologies.
  • Experience integrating data from advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience using Python for analytics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BI platforms such as Looker, LookML, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate analytical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or product lines is a plus.
  • Background in insurance, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage a centralized marketing data ecosystem using cloud data warehouse technologies, data modeling tools, ingestion platforms, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion metrics, lifetime value, attribution models, and revenue performance indicators.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement across paid and owned marketing channels through governance of pixels, server-side tracking, conversion APIs, tag management, and offline conversion integrations.
  • Create reporting frameworks and self-service dashboards that enable marketing teams to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop forecasts, performance targets, budget scenarios, and investment recommendations.
  • Lead measurement initiatives such as incrementality testing, lift studies, geographic testing, and A/B experimentation programs.
  • Identify data quality challenges and establish governance processes to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear recommendations for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, finance, and marketing teams to align reporting standards and performance measurement strategies.
