Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter, either agency-side or in-house, with a strong portfolio demonstrating originality, creativity, and exceptional writing ability.
- Proven ability to develop memorable concepts, campaign ideas, and brand storytelling across multiple formats.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong command of headlines, messaging, tone, and narrative structure.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, platforms, and communication goals.
- Strong cultural awareness and curiosity, with an understanding of current trends and audience behaviors.
- Experience collaborating with designers, creative teams, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic creative thinking and detailed execution.
- Experience supporting productions of varying scales, from quick-turn content creation to larger campaign initiatives.
- Passion for high-quality creative work and a commitment to pushing ideas further.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and contributing positively within a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate original creative concepts across campaigns, content initiatives, brand moments, and marketing experiences.
- Develop impactful copy across multiple formats, including advertising, social media, digital experiences, long-form content, and brand communications.
- Serve as a steward of brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creativity across all touchpoints.
- Craft headlines, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
- Partner closely with designers, art directors, marketers, and cross-functional teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Translate complex scientific and health-related concepts into accessible, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
- Stay connected to cultural trends, audience behaviors, and emerging conversations to inform creative direction.
- Support projects ranging from large-scale campaigns to fast-moving content initiatives with equal attention to quality and detail.
- Participate throughout the creative process, from ideation and strategy through production and final execution.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on writing, contributing both big-picture ideas and detailed copy refinement.
