- Experience leading strategic planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced or fluent English skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and balance operational needs with strategic leadership.
- Consultative leadership style with experience mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Translate complex briefs into effective multichannel media plans.
- Ensure technical excellence in the implementation and optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, DV360, and programmatic media.
- Manage media investments strategically, optimizing budgets and improving campaign efficiency.
- Promote a data-driven culture through performance analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Lead client meetings, partner negotiations, and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
- Define team objectives, mentor members, and oversee recruitment and development.
