  • Advanced or fluent English skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and balance operational needs with strategic leadership.
  • Consultative leadership style with experience mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Translate complex briefs into effective multichannel media plans.
  • Ensure technical excellence in the implementation and optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, DV360, and programmatic media.
  • Manage media investments strategically, optimizing budgets and improving campaign efficiency.
  • Promote a data-driven culture through performance analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Lead client meetings, partner negotiations, and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
  • Define team objectives, mentor members, and oversee recruitment and development.
