Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a technology or startup environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to Learning & Development programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and support payroll activities including attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance programs, and maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and manage performance systems like Lattice to track goals and development.
  • Oversee Learning & Development programs, including new hire orientation, training calendars, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and provide data-driven insights on headcount, attrition, retention, and performance metrics.
