Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a technology or startup environment is preferred.
- Exposure to Learning & Development programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and support payroll activities including attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance programs, and maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and manage performance systems like Lattice to track goals and development.
- Oversee Learning & Development programs, including new hire orientation, training calendars, and leadership development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Prepare HR dashboards and provide data-driven insights on headcount, attrition, retention, and performance metrics.
