Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- Must obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of starting (company-paid)
- Currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or policy benefits
- Make changes to existing insurance policies
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
