Salary$14 - $14 an hour. Starting pay - $14/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days.

Requirements
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
- Strong phone, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
- Technical proficiency: ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to work independently as a quick learner.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous work-from-home experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns through phone, email, and chat.
- Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions.
- Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Multitask effectively across multiple software systems.
- Participate in and successfully complete all training sessions.
