Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume preferred.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- High-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Ability to directly hardwire to modem.
- Dedicated work area separated from other living spaces.
- Ability to attend 100% of training and be on camera for the first 30 days.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new technology and follow complex instructions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and concerns accurately and timely.
- Coordinate, schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations as requested.
- Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain accurate trip data entry and customer records.
- Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
