Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • High-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to directly hardwire to modem.
  • Dedicated work area separated from other living spaces.
  • Ability to attend 100% of training and be on camera for the first 30 days.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new technology and follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and concerns accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate, schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations as requested.
  • Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate trip data entry and customer records.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
