Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of net new logo acquisition and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota selling complex software solutions to strategic accounts.
- Prior experience working for or selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
- Strong executive presence with experience selling to executives at large enterprise customers.
- Expertise in orchestrating multi-regional sales efforts and balancing global strategy with local execution.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded, technical sales processes.
- Experience independently managing full sales cycles including prospecting, negotiation, and close.
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, business culture, buying dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate account strategy across the region to land international clients and meet revenue goals.
- Manage a targeted list of Canadian firms, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics across the portfolio.
- Manage, prepare, and partner effectively with senior executives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and deliverables across global accounts to advance large-scale opportunities.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and solution walkthroughs.
- Partner with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
- Develop and refine enterprise and global sales playbooks.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to strengthen global presence.
